Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, we are the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. We aim to create a different, better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Design Consultants attend pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations, providing homeowners sufficient information to make same‑day decisions on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one‑call close sales role, with no project management or follow‑up required.

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $200,000 to $300,000+ annually

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40‑60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high‑value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
