Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

We’re looking for a
Senior Leasing Specialist who knows how to close and enjoys creating meaningful connections with prospective residents.

The ideal candidate is:

• A confident and personable communicator
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Computer savvy and organized
• Experienced in sales, apartment leasing, or market-rent leasing
• Motivated by achieving leasing goals and delivering excellent serviceA team player who takes pride in creating a welcoming experience

Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Some
weekend hours and one evening per week until 7:00 PM may be required.

• Welcome and engage prospective residents with a warm, professional approach
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and conduct engaging apartment/community tours
• Follow up consistently with prospective residents and leads
• Present apartments, overcome objections, and
  close leases
• Prepare leases and complete related administrative responsibilities
• Maintain accurate information in computer and lead-management systems
• Build positive relationships with current residents
• Assist with rent collection and resident account matters
• Coordinate and respond to service requests
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and community activities
• Support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and customer service goals
