Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield is growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Helper to support our Lead Bath Installer on bathroom remodeling projects across Essex County. This is hands‑on work—ideal for someone who wants steady hours, strong training, and a path into the skilled trades.

You’ll assist our experienced installers with demolition, prep work, material handling, installation support, and clean‑up. You’ll learn modern remodeling techniques, contribute to high‑quality projects, and help deliver a 5-star customer experience.

• Basic Tiling
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and jobsite prep
• Carry, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Support installation of flooring, vanities, fixtures, wall systems, and shower conversions
• Help set up waterproofing, substrates, and basic plumbing/electrical prep (under supervision)
• Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed
• Keep jobsite clean, safe, and customer‑ready at all times
• Communicate clearly with the Lead Installer and Project Manager
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Represent Bath Tune‑Up professionally inside customers’ homes

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Comfortable doing physical work—lifting, bending, carrying
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Prior construction, handyman, moving, or labor experience
