Pay: $23 to $40+ per flat rate hour, based on experience

Monday through Friday, 7:30-6;
Saturday 8-4

Who We're Looking For:

• ALL LEVELS of technicians with BMW experience!
• Up-to-date, active ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
