Responsibilities

* Guide students through the job search process, from resume creation to interview preparation.

* Organize and coordinate career fairs, employer visits, and other career-related events.

* Provide personalized career counseling sessions to help students understand and navigate their career options.

* Promote advanced training opportunities through informative presentations and guidance.

* Ensure accurate documentation of student and graduate employment records in compliance with standards.

Qualifications

* Education:

High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

* Experience:

1-2 years in customer service, high-volume phone, or sales roles.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
