Job Title: Senior Dialogflow CX / GECX Developer
Location: Remote (EST/CST working hours)
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Dialogflow CX / GECX Developer to design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Customer Engagement technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dialogflow, Generative AI, Google Cloud Platform, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX/ES and Google CES.
- Build AI agents and conversational workflows using Playbooks and GenAI.
- Design chat and voice-based customer experiences.
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and GCP services.
- Develop scalable solutions using Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Big Query.
- Optimize conversation flows, intents, and entities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow cloud development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google CES, Dialogflow CX/ES, Playbooks, and GE4CX.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
