This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
$0.38 - $0.42per mile
Live stop pay: $28 - $29per stop
Refused load or trailer moves:$28 - $29per occurrence
Detention: $16 per hour after 1 hour
$1.14 per piece for materials handling
$225 - $300 per day for off account work
$15 per hour for miscellaneous work
Trainee pay: $180per day
Safety training pay: $20per hour
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $90,000

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
