Baywater is seeking Compressor Mechanics for their operations in Bloomfield, NM. This role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance on oil and gas compression equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in oil and gas compression operations, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with field personnel and planners.

- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in oil and gas compression operations, maintenance or repair
- Ability to pass pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and background screening
- Extensive knowledge of industry operations including gas compression, measurement, and surface facilities operations and maintenance
- Leadership ability in safety by adhering to environmental and regulatory practices
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, SAP, and SCADA programs such as CYGNET
- Experience with reading gauges, taking instrument readings, monitoring chemical levels, and preventative maintenance on equipment, pumps, seals, fans, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal compressors, and gearboxes
- Proactive communication and dedication to safety
