Occupational Therapist

Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Skilled Nursing (customize if needed)
Schedule:

Pay Range: $44-$49/hr
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and assistive devices
Participate in discharge planning, team meetings, and interdisciplinary care coordination
Requirements:
Active New Mexico OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
