Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living skills and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and exercises
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in discharge planning and team meetings
Requirements
Active New Mexico OT license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduation from an accredited  Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication, assessment, and patient care skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
