Overview

Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab, part of Genesis Healthcare, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part‑time, full‑time, and PRN positions. We provide a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports professional growth and patient care excellence.

• 12‑hour shifts – nights, days, and weekends.
• Base hourly rate: $36.00–$40.00 per hour.
• Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) pay: additional $4 per hour.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short‑ and long‑term patient goals with interventions in place, and monitor outcomes to minimize rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise to ensure proper implementation of tasks and interventions.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
