Responsibilities:

After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction. Position highlights include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing conditions and reporting changes in condition, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff, and administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
