SummarySeeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in switch gear manufacturing and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for innovative design development and factory floor support.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience with a switch gear manufacturer.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or associate degree in electrical engineering technology with relevant experience.
- Understanding of NEC, IEEE, ANSI, and UL standards.
- Experience with low voltage electrical design in power distribution.
- Familiarity with ERP-integrated design environments.
- Develop electrical approval drawings, including single lines and control schematics.
- Update approval packages based on design reviews and customer feedback.
- Prepare and release electrical manufacturing drawings to production and purchasing.
- Provide technical support to sales and company distributors.
- Participate in R&D projects and quality improvement initiatives.
