ERP Consultant; Epicor ERP – Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional with experience delivering ERP projects in manufacturing and distribution environments.

• Implement, configure, and support ERP solutions for clients.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend ERP best practices.
• Conduct end-user training and provide go-live support.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide ongoing client support.
• Participate in ERP implementation and system upgrade projects from planning through deployment.

• 3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Financial business processes.
• Experience with ERP reporting, testing, and end-user training.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with business process automation, reporting, dashboards, and ERP customizations.
• SQL Server knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
