- Implement, configure, and support ERP solutions for clients.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend ERP best practices.
- Conduct end-user training and assist during go-live.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing client support.
- 3+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, or support experience.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or Financial processes.
- Experience with ERP reporting, testing, and user training.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Experience with Epicor ERP preferred.
- Epicor Kinetic/E10 experience.
- BAQs, BPMs, SSRS Reports, Dashboards, and Customizations.
- SQL Server knowledge.
- ERP implementation and upgrade experience.
