Call Specialist

MyDentist Family is growing, and we’re looking for our next Patient Services Representative to join our friendly, fast-paced team! If you’re positive, upbeat, organized, and love being the first impression patients receive over the phone, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Follow up with new and existing patients and schedule appointments across our four dental practices
• Complete daily appointment confirmations
• Manage and fill scheduling gaps to keep offices running smoothly
• Perform insurance verifications and eligibility checks
• Monitor and respond to incoming Patient Services Teams inquiries
• Maintain 5-Star certification through our training program
• Deliver exceptional service as the friendly voice of MyDentist Family

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Spanish speaking a PLUS
• At least 1 year of call center experience in a healthcare setting
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software (Open Dental a plus)
• Preferred knowledge of medical and/or dental insurance
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude
