Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Bloomingdale, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality packaging of products according to production schedules while adhering to all safety, quality, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, 1+ year experience operating automated packaging machinery, and much more listed below.

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the following Thursday. 5am-5:00pm
• Located in Bloomingdale, Illinois

• Set up, operate, and monitor the Climax C3 Cartoner to ensure optimal performance
• Perform daily start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns of the cartoner as required by production needs
• Inspect products and cartons for quality and conformity to specifications
• Load cartons, leaflets, or inserts into the machine and ensure adequate supply of packaging materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding work area
• Record production data including quantities produced, downtime, and quality checks
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions or supply issues to maintenance and supervision promptly
• Follow all company safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Assist in training new operators or packers on proper machine operation and safety

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year experience operating automated packaging machinery, preferably cartoners
• Familiarity with Climax cartoners or similar packaging equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret production documentation and machine manuals
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be flexible with shift work, overtime, and weekend availability
• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, and varying temperatures
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
