What You'll DoAs a Press Brake Operator II, you'll be a key contributor in producing high-precision sheet metal components. You'll own your workstation, run complex setups, and ensure every part meets exacting standards.
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and consistency.
- Perform precise inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and other measurement tools.
- Troubleshoot tooling, machine, and process issues to keep production flowing smoothly.
- Create and adjust CNC programs to support new and repeat jobs.
- Plan setups that optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Apply advanced bending knowledge including spring back, material behavior, compound tolerances, and forming sequences.
- Maintain equipment through routine checks, cleaning, and safety verification.
- Work independently while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and PPM targets.
- Cross-train across multiple workstations to expand your skill set and versatility.
You're a skilled fabricator who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
- 2+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience
- Proficiency with CNC press brake setup and operation
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and understand bend allowances
- Strong measurement skills using calipers, gauges, and rulers
- Experience with tooling selection, hemming, offsets, and I-axis blocks
- Ability to create or modify CNC programs
- Solid troubleshooting instincts and a commitment to quality
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment
Bonus points if you've worked with Amada, Accurpress, Cincinnati, or similar machines.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomingdale, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60320.00/yr. Full benefits package including health vision and dental.
