As a Press Brake Operator II, you'll be a key contributor in producing high-precision sheet metal components. You'll own your workstation, run complex setups, and ensure every part meets exacting standards.

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and consistency.
• Perform precise inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and other measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot tooling, machine, and process issues to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Create and adjust CNC programs to support new and repeat jobs.
• Plan setups that optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Apply advanced bending knowledge including spring back, material behavior, compound tolerances, and forming sequences.
• Maintain equipment through routine checks, cleaning, and safety verification.
• Work independently while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and PPM targets.
• Cross-train across multiple workstations to expand your skill set and versatility.

You're a skilled fabricator who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

• 2+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience
• Proficiency with CNC press brake setup and operation
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and understand bend allowances
• Strong measurement skills using calipers, gauges, and rulers
• Experience with tooling selection, hemming, offsets, and I-axis blocks
• Ability to create or modify CNC programs
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a commitment to quality
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $60320.00/yr. Full benefits package including health vision and dental.
