Are you looking for flexible, 1-on-1 patient care with less stress?

• You have a current unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of Illinois.
• You have at least 1 year of experience on your license.
• You have infusion experience.
• You have a valid negative TB test, CPR certification, and work physical.
• You have a valid driver's license, vehicle with insurance, and can reliably commute to the job location.
• Preferred experience:
  
  peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, pick-lines, port access, injections, and self‑infusion training; home care or home health experience preferred.

• Perform infusions in the home environment.
• Provide nursing care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Schedule 2 to 5 hour infusions.
