Infusion RN - Per Visit Shifts

• You have a current unrestricted RN Nursing license in the state of Illinois?
• You have at least 1 year of Experience on your license?
• You have Infusion Experience?
• You have a valid Negative TB Test, CPR Certification, & Work Physical?
• You have a valid Driver's License, Vehicle with Insurance, & can you reliably commute to this Job's Location?

• Peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV Infusion Therapy, Pick-lines, Port Access, Injections, and self-infusion training
• Home Care or Home Health experience preferred

• Infusions in the home environment
• Perform nursing care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act
• The nurse monitors the patient’s condition and notifies appropriate personnel of any changes
• Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
• Schedule:
  
  2 to 5 Hour Infusions
