Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Bloomingdale, IL (Monday-Friday)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50K to $55K

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of a fast-growing D2C ecommerce site running on Shopify. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the website is accurate, engaging, and running smoothly. From processing orders to refreshing product content and supporting customers, you will play a vital role in the digital experience.

• Manage and process customer orders through the ecommerce platform
• Update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery on a live site
• Partner with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the website is optimized and up to date
• Engage with customers via email or phone to answer questions and resolve order issues
• Assist in merchandising, promotional planning, and other ecommerce-related projects
• Help identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience and conversion

• 1-3 years of experience in an ecommerce, D2C, or digital retail environment
• Familiarity with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms) strongly preferred
• Bonus points for Amazon marketplace or dropship experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
