• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• Skills:

• Relevant work experience: 2–5 years in a retail or customer service role.
• Certifications (if applicable).

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69 per hour.
