As a Retail Selling Colleague you blend results‑driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You take the time to understand each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. You focus on achieving sales goals by driving performance through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors, building trust, meeting targets, and inspiring loyalty.

You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.

• Blend sales with hospitality to create memorable shopping moments.
• Understand customer needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through customer engagement.
• Build trust and loyalty, share Loyalty program benefits, and thank customers personally.
• Support teamwork by collaborating with teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues for 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hour requirements for benefit eligibility can be found at

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Can meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Can work independently but excels in team dynamics.
• Comfortable handling electronic devices.
• At least one year of selling or customer service experience preferred.

• Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 30 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, with ability to process transactions.
