Game Stop - 318 West Army Trail Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests while assisting with their video gaming needs;
Support the store environment including visual and operational elements and promotional initiatives;
Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure accurate transactions;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence and assist with scheduling and staffing;
Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines and that inventory control and loss-prevention practices are followed
