D1 Training is hiring a Sales Associate to drive revenue through high-volume outbound calling and lead follow-up. This is a front-line sales role reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
What You’ll Do- Make 100+ outbound phone calls per day
- Work and follow up with new and existing leads
- Sell fitness memberships and training packages
- Book and close sales appointments
- Track activity in CRM software
- Work evenings and weekends
- Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with high call volume
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
- Competitive, money-driven mindset
- Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses
