We are a growing food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products to leading retail partners across North America. We are seeking an experienced Senior Club Sales Manager to lead and grow our club channel business, with a strong focus on Costco.

Position Summary

The Senior Club Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth within the club channel, with primary responsibility for Costco. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep knowledge of Costco's buying processes, category management, and vendor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability within the club channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Costco buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams on successful product launches.
  • Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution of customer programs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional programs while maintaining company profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and presentations to internal leadership and customer teams.
  • Travel as needed to customer meetings, trade shows, and company events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct club sales experience managing Costco business is required.
  • Ability to travel 20-30%.
  • Experience selling food products for a food manufacturer or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
  • Demonstrated success growing sales and managing key customer relationships within Costco.
  • Strong understanding of Costco's merchandising, promotional, and purchasing processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic business plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
