Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $ Annually
Position Overview:
The Manager of Business Development & Client Success will be responsible for driving Revu's growth by developing strategic relationships with physicians, healthcare practices, MSOs, DSOs, hospitals, and healthcare consultants. The role owns the complete client lifecycle, including business development, sales, onboarding, account management, client retention, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion, while serving as the primary executive point of contact for key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through industry relationships and networking.
- Leverage an existing network of physicians, practice administrators, MSOs, DSOs, healthcare consultants, and referral partners.
- Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate Revu's growth.
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments.
- Present Revu's services and value proposition.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare services, or healthcare consulting.
- Established network of physicians, practice administrators, MSOs, DSOs, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Proven success in selling healthcare or RCM services.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, credentialing, AR, VOB, and payer operations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing high-value client relationships and renewals.
