Maintenance Technician

Hello, Direct-Hire employment opportunity. CNC Maintenance Mechanic on 1st shift. A fabrication manufacture in Bloomingdale IL is in search of asenior-level, hands-on maintenance role supporting CNC and metal fabrication equipment. The technician will be a key resource on the production floor, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement.

• Pay Rate: $40-45hour

• 5–8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Direct, hands-on experience with:
• Press Brakes
• CNC Laser Machines
• CNC Turret Press Equipment
• Combo Machines (laser/punch)

• TRUMPF
• Amada
• Toyokoki
• Diamond
• strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues
• Experience reading electrical schematics and basic PLC troubleshooting
• Preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis experience

• salary: $83,200 - $93,600 per year

• Diagnosing complex issues across mechanical and electrical systems

  Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, PLC logic (basic), and technical manuals
• Supporting installation, commissioning, and optimization of fabrication equipment
• Serving as a senior technical resource on the production floor
