• Pay or shift range: $25.85 USD to $38.21 USD

• Performs all areas in the Warehouse including: unloads and receives shipments; transports product to manufacturing; prepares outbound freight shipments; monitors receiving and shipping traffic for Bloomingdale location to ensure efficient utilization of receiving docks and efficient supply of materials to and from contract manufacturers.
• Works with supervisor to monitor shift’s performance and efficiency throughout the day and corrects or escalates issues to meet daily department goals. Recommends changes related to equipment use and staff to increase efficiency. Keeps supervisor informed of problem areas.
• Works with other leads, supervisors and support teams to solve issues. Recommends and implements measures to improve safety, product quality, warehouse methods, and equipment performance. Makes employee work duty adjustments and warehouse related decisions.
• Engages in training and development of employees by mentoring and following up with team members on a regular basis (including new employees), reinforcing company policies, culture, and expectations, ensuring they feel supported, are receiving proper guidance, training, resources and are adapting to the company’s culture and team. Works with supervisor to include any gaps into
