Target Compensation:55k-60k
Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:- Prepare, review, and submit invoices through customer billing portals and internal systems
- Verify billing accuracy against contracts, project requirements, and approved rates
- Track invoice status and resolve discrepancies, rejections, and billing issues
- Collect, validate, and reconcile employee timesheets to projects and work orders
- Maintain organized billing documentation and audit-ready project records
- 2+ years of billing, accounting support, or administrative experience
- Experience with electronic billing systems and customer invoicing portals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing documentation and records
