Project Coordinator, Wave Team

WAVE Cap One Tysons - McLean, VA 22102 Full-time Project Coordinator position available with Haworth’s largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.

• Carry primary responsibility to create quotes, budgets and preliminary schedules.
• Place orders, track acknowledgements, purchase orders, and all relevant steps in the order entry and follow-up process.
• Responsible for processing corrective actions, warranty claims, check requests, and act as a general liaison between the Project Team and Accounting.
• Attend project update meetings regularly.

• 2+ years of work experience in Administrative and Accounting Management.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel capabilities preferred and/or Google Suite products.
• Above‑average organizational skills and multi‑tasking capabilities preferred.
• Candidates should have outstanding people skills and should demonstrate the highest personal, moral, and business standard “face” as constant client contact is required.
