The Office of Academic and Advising Services is seeking a student to provide clerical support.
- typing
- answering telephones
- responding to emails
- filing
- making copies
- stuffing envelopes
- addressing the concerns of visitors to the office
Knowledge of our office's programs and general campus resources as well as the ability to assess needs and refer to appropriate services will be extremely important.
Print and Web Design experience is preferred.
Qualified applicants must possess:
- pleasant and engaging personality
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- ability to use office equipment (computer equipment, telephone, copier, fax, etc.)
- ability to multitask
- ability to work between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (lunchtime availability is desired), Monday through Friday each week (specific days and times will be dependent upon the needs of the office and student availability)
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Pay Rate: $10 per hour.
