Working as an Environmental Services Floor Technician at Luther Oaks, you will have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of residents and the overall atmosphere of the community. By maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and a hygienic environment, you will contribute to the comfort and safety of residents, fostering a sense of peace and well-being. Through friendly interactions and a caring attitude, you also will play a role in providing emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing the overall quality of life in the skilled nursing community.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) with rotating weekends and some holiday coverage.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, stripping and waxing floors required
