What You Will Do:
Work across organizational boundaries and complex bureaucracies across the national security landscape to build coalitions and accelerate progress toward shared objectives in a high‑visibility, highly sensitive mission space.
Utilize mission program experience and internal networks to drive progress and sustain momentum at the speed of mission requirements.
Focus multiple efforts of streamlining authority deconfliction and ensure full clarity and coherence in terms of roles, responsibilities, and work streams across complex, multi‑entity efforts.
Work closely with client executive and senior leadership to coordinate and integrate all efforts, representing clients in external engagements where necessary.
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling briefing materials, program information, and recommendations to executive and senior clients with professional polish.
Utilize mission and operational experience to inform the full spectrum of strategic, organizational, tactical, and operational program planning and execution.
Work tirelessly to build, refine, evolve, and sustain mission programs and capabilities in close partnership with key mission entities.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- EIGHT (8)+ years’ experience directly involved in mission and operational support for highly sensitive DoD/IC programs
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 15+ years of direct mission and operational experience, supporting
- Operational experience in the field
- Complex and highly sensitive programs
- Ability to operate autonomously with the highest levels of professional polish, communication expertise, and mission understanding
- A demonstrated track record of driving programs to success, with clear outcomes, deliverables, and return on investment
- A demonstrated ability to operate across the national security landscape and deftly navigate complex bureaucracies to drive progress, build momentum, and achieve desired outcomes
