Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project timelines and schedules
- Track project tasks and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating when appropriate
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, and status updates
- Capture key decisions and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular project status reports
- Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution
- Help ensure vendors comply with required processes, documentation, and training
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures
- Contribute to team discussions, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and elevate appropriately
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Eagerness to learn and develop project management capabilities.
- Internship or early career experience supporting projects or working in an IT environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) (preferred)
