Principal Process Manager – SDLC, Enterprise Platforms Technology

Responsibilities

• Documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards
• Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process
• Lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
• Communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas
• Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends
• Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new intent
• Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the health of the process
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Process Management or Risk Management experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 4+ years of Process Management experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
• 1+ years experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry (Preferred)
• 1+ years experience with Jira (Preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (Preferred)
• Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
