EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (EMC) is the strategic advisory arm of EVERSANA. We combine deep industry and functional area knowledge with specialized expertise in market assessment, analytics, and strategy development. Senior Consultants play an important role in researching and developing client recommendations as part of project teams; primary responsibilities for the position include the following:

• Leading targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers) with little to no oversight
• Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client-ready recommendations
• Independently running work streams and/or entire projects, handling day-to-day client-facing responsibilities, and ensuring deliverable deadlines are met
• Working closely with senior team members to present findings to clients and assist with business development opportunities
• Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
• Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
• Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure, leveraging knowledge and expertise in specific disease areas or project types
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

• Working closely with junior team members not only to ensure project delivery goals are met, but also to train staff on best practices and guide professional development
• Supporting the development of a high-performance culture by being a role model for junior staff
