We are seeking an Analyst, Commercialization to support the successful execution of innovation, product maintenance, graphics refresh, and cost savings initiatives across our finished goods portfolio.

This remote Illinois-based role will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track milestones, manage timelines, and help drive projects through the commercialization process from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Lead cross functional team to execute commercialization launch of new or modified products.
• Actively communicate critical launch milestones and timeline to meet 1st ship dates to project team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Graphics teams to ensure graphics projects are executed to overall commercialization timeline.
• Ensure material specifications and master data workflows are initiated and completed to project timelines.
• Create, build and initiate Finished Good General Recipes and Printed Material specifications, including shepherding SAP PDM workflows.
• Maintain Finished Good General recipes.
• Partner with Commercialization Project Manager and cross‑functional team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans to achieve commercialization timeline.
• Collaborate with Commercialization team and cross‑functional partners to improve the commercialization feasibility and launch process.
