Overview
BEAR Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple solar construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for driving project success across budgeting, scheduling, profitability, client relationships, and overall project execution.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple solar construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and reporting
- Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships
- Support preconstruction, procurement, and project closeout activities
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Mentor and support Project Engineers, Coordinators, and APMs
- Experience managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Solar construction experience preferred
