About The Role
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service & Appointment Setting Representative to join our Marketing Contact Center. In this role, you will contact existing customers to schedule annual review appointments on behalf of field representatives. All calls are warm calls to current policyholders — no cold calling, no sales pressure, and a fully supported script/talk track. This position focuses heavily on phone-based communication, customer service, scheduling, and accurate documentation.
Location:
100% Onsite
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule annual policy review or renewal appointments
- Follow scripting and talk tracks to ensure clear, friendly, and consistent communication
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone or email
- Handle follow-up service requests and order-related questions
- Conduct light research to help troubleshoot basic customer issues
- Log all call outcomes and appointment details accurately
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals, including:
- 130 calls per day
- 10 appointments scheduled per day
- Maintain strong time management to ensure workload is completed within shift hours
- Prior customer service experience (retail, office, or call center)
- Previous phone-based customer interaction
- Basic computer proficiency

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, IL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
