As a Bilingual Subrogation Collector, you will be a part of a team that takes/places calls to reconciled insurance claims. We have an exceptional training program with multiple trainers to assist you as needed. Bilingual Subrogation Collectors start with a base pay of $21.00 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. New team members typically reach an average of $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
  • Customer service and sales experience appreciated
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
  • Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
  • Accurately obtain payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
  • Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received

You should expect to spend a good amount of time being guided and trained by a supervisor and mentors while on and off our training team. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors, through teachings, hands-on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more!
