Part‑Time Rental Agent (in office) Work Schedule & Pay

• Shift length: Typically 4–5 hours per shift, up to 25 hours per week
• Weekday availability: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Weekend availability: Open availability preferred
• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

U‑Haul seeks a team‑oriented individual who provides outstanding customer service, is results‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field team members, and U‑Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution.

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts to ensure equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and e‑mail
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking

$15.00 - $26.78 hourly
