Your Opportunity

Position:
Customer Service Representative at Taylor Print Impressions, Bloomington, IL.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, onsite, 5 days per week.

Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for designated accounts, sales representatives, or account managers.
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly and accurately.
  • Support sales teams with product details, pricing, and processes.
  • Translate customer project requirements and communicate with production facilities.
  • Track project status across multiple locations.
  • Maintain and document SOPs for customer accounts.
  • Receive and document customer complaints and issues.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide backup coverage for sales territories as needed.
  • Calculate pricing and shipping charges.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of customer service processes including estimating, order processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create correspondence and documentation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
  • Associate’s degree.
  • Experience in commercial printing or finishing.
Compensation

Hourly range: $20 – $23. The actual base offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
