Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Subrogation Collector to join our team. This is a fully trainable position; no experience needed. The role involves making outbound calls to customers/debtors about reconciled insurance claims. You will receive extensive training, a base pay of $21.00 per hour, uncapped commissions, and potential bonus incentives.

Qualifications- Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma or GED required
- Phone etiquette
- Strong organization skills
- Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
- Customer service and sales experience appreciated
- Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing them of claims filed against them
- Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
- Accurately process payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
- Accurately notate files of conversations had and payments received
- Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
- Learn and apply provided materials on company software, applicable laws and statutes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimize recovery
- Ensure physical presence at assigned location
