Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Navigate a Windows‑ and web‑based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
- Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and recommend alternative routes when appropriate.
- Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
- Maintain an accurate customer database, including call details, dispositions, payments and results.
- Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
- Participate in quality‑assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
- Love helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
- Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Confident using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking.

Physical Requirements
- Must comfortably sit at a desk and work with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
