Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Navigate a Windows‑ and web‑based system to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize driving time and recommend alternative routes when appropriate.
  • Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database, including call details, dispositions, payments and results.
  • Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
  • Participate in quality‑assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Confident using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking.

Physical Requirements
