Our energetic and patient-focused orthodontic practice is looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our work family. • Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and eligibility prior to patient appointments.
• Submit, track, and follow up on all orthodontic insurance claims.
• Post insurance payments and manage accounts receivable balances.
• Explain insurance benefits and financial arrangements clearly to patients and parents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any claim denials or discrepancies.

• Previous experience with dental or orthodontic insurance billing is required.
• Knowledge of Dolphin Management system is a plus!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $30.00 / hour (Pay based on experience)
