** How You’ll Make a Difference
** As a
** Denture Digital Designer Trainee,
** you will work remotely tosupport assessment of scans coming into the design queue and completing designs within the set productivity and quality standards.
We will take you through our design certification training program to learn to design digital dentures using the industry-leading software. Your initial focus will be on learning and developing new skills as you progress through tiers of increasing complexity. Our design leadership team will be there to support you throughout the process, ensuring efficient completion and advancement.

You will have the ability to showcase your technical and artistic skills to create better smiles and improve lives.
** Responsibilities:
*** Evaluation of various scan types and prosthetic prescriptions from dentists
* Effectively communicate scan status assessments and questions regarding prescriptions
* Completion of digital designs using 3

Shape ecosystem
* Adhere to design quality standards and turnaround time
* Work collaboratively with other members of the digital denture team to provide exceptional patient care
*
* Qualifications:

*** Proficiency in CAD software and/or the ability to operate in 3D virtual environments
* Highly skilled in navigating computer operating systems and utilizing Microsoft 365 applications with efficiency and accuracy
* Digital denture design experience, including design software is preferred, not required
* Experience in a dental office or laboratory preferred, not required
* Ability to follow detailed directions without difficulty
* Work at a fast pace while maintaining quality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
** Travel:
**** Must be able to attend design training in-person in Chicago June 8-19th.*
