Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Social Worker, with credentials suitable for school settings
  • Previous experience in educational, behavioral health, or youth‑focused environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families

  • Experience conducting evaluations and developing effective support plans
  • Proficiency in navigating confidentiality guidelines and educational policies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to promote students social, emotional, and academic success
  • Engage with small groups of students, addressing specific needs and fostering stronger peer relationships
  • Perform and document approximately 45 student evaluations, providing recommendations and strategies for support
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual and group needs
  • Serve as a resource for crisis management, mental health awareness, and behavioral support within the school community
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and communicate progress to necessary stakeholders
