Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!

Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission‑driven individuals who foster learning and create safe, engaging experiences. We aim to offer exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible.

  Brook Park Elementary School – Brookfield, IL
• Pay Rate: $16–$19 per hour (based on education and experience)

  Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–6:00 PM; must be able to work this schedule.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in person (obtain within 30 days of employment).
• Clear tuberculosis test (obtain within 30 days of employment).
• 18 + years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and promote team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities: prepare curriculum and activities that align with program objectives and are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols; document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Can lift 25 lbs.
• Is driven to inspire a love of learning and a commitment to healthy living.
• Is flexible to support additional local programs as needed.
