Position Details:

Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Richton Park, IL
Duration: SY 24-25
Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
Position Type: Contract
Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday
Student Age Group: ---
Case Load: ---

Responsibilities:

Teach in a self-contained classroom for children ages 3-5
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with other educators and support staff to support student learning
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
Engage with families to support student development

Qualifications:

PEL License and Special Education Endorsement required
Early Childhood Education Endorsement required
Special Education/LBS1 endorsement required
Experience working with young children with special needs
